Bayside Marketplace

Situated in the heart of Down =town Miami at the foot of the Miamarina, overlooking Biscayne Bay,Bayside Marketplace is a shopping, dining and entertainment mecca that has been going strong for more than three decades. Given the prevalence of live music and an open-container policy, this shopping centre is catered primarily towards adults. Even so, you'll find some family events during the day, as well as stores kids can enjoy. Most people spend about 2 or 3 hours here, but your visit could take longer depending on what you want to experience.

South Beach

Miami's South Beach neighborhood features 10 miles (16 km) of beaches with a buzzing, carnival-like atmosphere. South Beach attracts the rich and famous and youthful, but it now is recognized around the world as worthy of a stay or a visit by everyone. Enjoy the beach or South Beach's historic Art Dec o architecture or the fine oceanside dining – or all of it in a single day. Little Havana

Little Havana – the heart of Miami’s Cuban diaspora – is part of what makes Miami such a dynamic cultural destination. Fisher Island

Understandably, it's the star destination on art walks throughout the neighbourhood.

Miami Beach Botanical Garden

The Miami Beach Botanical Garden is a lush three-acre landscape filled with 100 palm species, orchids and native plants such as the corky stem, which attracts Florida’s state butterfly, the black-and-yellow striped zebra longwing. The garden is part of the Miami Beach City Center Campus in the Miami Beach Convention Center district.

Everglades National Park

Everglades National Park protects an unparalleled landscape that provides important habitat for numerous rare and endangered species like the manatee, American crocodile, and the elusive Florida panther. 

An international treasure as well - a World Heritage Site, International Biosphere Reserve, a Wetland of International Importance, and a specially protected area under the Cartagena Treaty.

Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is an eclectic waterfront enclave with a rich history as the oldest continually inhabited neighborhood in the city. Once a bastion for free-thinking wheeler-dealers who enjoyed its serene bay setting, Coconut Grove still attracts creative types, though its reputation as a cultural oasis has as been overshadowed by a growing spate of modern high-rises and white cube houses. Beyond its recent real estate boom, Coconut Grove is a pretty little neighborhood with some of Miami’s most beautiful architecture and pockets that are full of character.

Zoo Miami

Zoo Miami today occupies almost 750 acres, and is home to more than 3,000 animals representing over 500 different species. 

Exhibits include Amazon and Beyond; Wings of Asia Aviary, Critter Connection and Florida: Mission Everglades. Other activities offered include animal feedings and encounters, educational presentations, children’s activities, character meet-and-greets and zookeeper talks throughout the day.

Biscayne National Park

Within sight of Miami, yet worlds away, Biscayne protects a rare combination of aquamarine waters, emerald islands, and fish-bejeweled coral reefs. Evidence of 10,000 years of human history is here too; from prehistoric tribes to shipwrecks, and pineapple farmers to presidents. For many, the park is a boating, fishing, and diving destination, while others enjoy a warm breeze and peaceful scenery.

Wynwood

Break away from the throngs of tourists crowding Miami Beach, and discover the revitalized district of Wynwood. The neighborhood has been transformed by gallerists who set up shop in industrial warehouses and street artists who altered the urban landscape with vibrant murals. Now, a host of creatively driven restaurants and bars, hype-kid streetwear shops, and a nascent start-up scene are adding another layer to the eclectic area surrounding.

Art Deco Historic District

Found to the south of South Beach,the Miami Art Deco District is composed of hundreds of different buildings with this particular architectural style. Although the majority of the buildings date from between 1925 and 1940, they've been carefully renovated to retain that glamorous Miami feel.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

The Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, also known by its former name Villa Vizcaya, is the largest mansion in Miami. This grand, early 20th-century villa in the refined Coconut Grove neighbourhood overlooks the waters of Deering Channel – a waterway named after businessman James Deering who also owned the estate.

Miami Beach

With its warm, clear waters and white sands, Miami Beach has perhaps some of the best urban beaches in the United States. Located just over the bridge from the city of Miami, it is also known for its vibrant neighborhoods, fine dining, pulsing nightlife, and architectural claim to fame.

Miami Design District

The Miami Design District is a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture and dining experiences.

The Miami Design District Street Project creates a unique environment for Miami’s luxury retail and living market. The master plan and code introduce a new high-end retail core of nearly one million square feet with complementary lodging and residential uses.
