TOUR OVERVIEW

The "Southern Adventure" trip is a 12-day guided adventure tour that begins in Los Angeles and ends in Fort Worth. Along the way, you'll pass through Monument Valley, Durango, Las Vegas, and five more U.S. locations. A group trip called "Southern Adventure" includes lodging, transportation, food, and other things.

Consider travelling to the deep south, where you will be drawn into a very different American culture. Your eyes will be pampered by the deserts and canyons, and your nights will be made lively by cowboys and jazz clubs. Highlights including Vegas, Santa Fe, and the Grand Canyon are interspersed between the start in LA and the finish in Fort Worth.

DAY 1: Start Los Angeles
  • Enter Los Angeles, the city that combines glitz, grit, and the American Dream. It is bursting with excitement, filled with tales, and there are a tonne of things to do. Travel to fabled Hollywood and walk the hallowed ground of the stars. Visit Mann's Chinese Theatre, where so many legends have driven their hands into the concrete, as well as the Kodak Theatre, which hosts the Oscars each year. Before getting a peek at Beverly Hills, one of the wealthiest communities in the world, travel down Melrose Avenue, the hottest retail strip in LA, and the Strip (Sunset Boulevard), one of the top destinations for nightlife. Discover Santa Monica, LA's oldest beach resort, a little further west.
Santa Monica is all about the California coast lifestyle and is known for its liberal atmosphere, art galleries, and broad sand beaches. Visit the well-known pier, which doubles as a year-round entertainment park replete with a Ferris wheel powered by solar energy. Perhaps later, take a trip to Venice Beach, the most eccentric neighborhood in Los Angeles. Venice Beach, which is known for its colour, is a popular hangout for locals. When you arrive at the lively boardwalk, where performers, tattooists, hair braiders, singers, and rollerblades congregate, you get a sense of street life. Don't forget to check out the markets and stalls as well as the greased-up bodybuilders working out at Muscle Beach, a renowned outdoor gym. Later, go out and check out the hottest bars and clubs in town.
